  • I started my fitness journey with Jac back in December of 2019. I explained to her my goals, and what I was looking for out of 1V1 personal training. Since then, Jac has gone above and beyond to ensure I'm on the right path of working towards my goals. After a couple of months of hard work, and dedication to her personalized program, I was receiving tons of compliments on how quickly my body began to change, which only wanted to make me work harder. Jac also provided me with healthy eating tips, tips on which vitamins/supplements would be best for me to take, and how/when I should take them. She really takes the time to get to know her clients personally, and understand what is best for that specific individual to help them achieve their goals. Her private gym is always super clean and sanitized, and has everything you would possibly need for an intense workout. I always leave her workouts feeling amazing, and better about myself with her constant encouragement. She always does her best to accommodate her clients, and make sure that we are all around happy.   • I am so happy I made the decision to start my fitness journey at JAC. Training with Jac has been an experience like no other! As someone who has no clue where to start when they go to the gym, she has helped me by creating a custom program, providing nutritional guidance and working towards my set fitness goals.   • At first I used to get frustrated with how hard it was to keep up with the training. I was training even during Ramadan, and would get tired easily. However, eventually, I started liking the training with each day that passed. Every session pushed me to work harder on myself and my goals. Jacqueline helped me build up my stamina and endurance, when I thought I had none! When our sessions would end I would be surprised that it went by so quickly, I'd always be waiting for her to test me some more. Jacqueline was tough but still an easy going person that you could be able to talk too, training would fly by.

    My overall lifestyle changed a lot training with Jacqueline. On the days that I wasn't training, I'd feel lazy. When we did train, I was so full of energy and felt like I was ready to take on the difficult tasks of my day. Because, I was able to complete a tough training session, I felt like I could accomplish anything. On the days that I'd miss a session, I'd feel so incompetent that I'd force myself to hit the gym on my own (when I could), to make up for the missed day of training. I had become so accustomed to my sessions and working towards my goals, that I'd feel off when I wasn't training. Training with Jacqueline helped me mentally and physically! I looked good, so I felt good. I became more confident in my own skin because I felt good about training, which I hadn't felt in a long time. Jacqueline's training also helped me put myself back on track to living a healthier lifestyle. I know now that I can workout with ease, because I can push myself to these limits. No pain, no gain, am I right?

    Without a doubt, I would 100% recommend training with Jacqueline to others! She pushes you, and I mean pushes you hard, to work towards your goals. And, you see results so it only makes you want to work harder! You can't see results without working hard. Training is no piece of cake, but Jacqueline definitely helps you in making better choices for yourself and your body! Working on yourself and hitting your goals is such a good win, that I'd train with her everyday if I could!

  • Personal training with Jacqueline was one of the best things I did for myself. I always thought about it but never knew if I was capable. Yes, it is definitely going to be tough but she is super motivating and always helps you get to your end goals. Working out helped me gain confidence and made me feel more comfortable in my body. 10/10 will be back xx

  • Jacqueline is very knowledgable, professional and kind. She motivated and encouraged me even when I was having a bad day. She would also explain each exercise and the targeted areas so I could understand what I was doing instead of blindly following. She would constantly check on me to make sure I was being challenged while not in pain. Even when my knee was acting up, she was able to change my program to accomodate it. Truthfully, I don't think I would have gotten any results without her and her awesome gym.

  • I completed the 8-week booty and core program; I also needed help with my nutritional intake so I can went ahead and purchase the meal plans. My overall experience was amazing, knowledgeable and disciplined! Coach Jac worked out with us which made the experience even better, it makes you push yourself to the limit, and not give up - she motivated each and everyone of us. From proper formation during workout to food intake to making sure we STAY HYDRATED! I am so happy and proud of myself and coach Jac - being able to support each other during this difficult time means a lot!   • My experience with Jacqueline’s personal training was wonderful! As someone who was new to training, she made me feel very comfortable and confident. We worked together to make sure I was correctly doing each exercise, and she pushed me to work my hardest. At the end of my training, I was able to see improvements not only physically, but also mentally. Jacqueline is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to best assist you to reach your goals.   • “I trained with Jacqueline for 1 year and during my time with her it was amazing. I learned so many things about myself and my body. I was able to reach my goals and through it, I became a lot more confident! First 6 months with her I wanted to be more active, shed some body fat and have healthier eating habits. Then the following 6 months we focused on training my legs and booty for that peachy look (aka Jacquelines haha) all in all I was able to achieve all the goals we set!   • My sister and I did partner training with Jacqueline last summer and loved working with her to reach our fitness goals. We both went in with not much experience with working out and she introduced workouts to us that fit our level of competence and challenged us along the way as we got stronger. She’s a very understanding and kind person that constantly motivates you to do your best. She made us feel super comfortable in her space and was super fun while still remaining professional. She has a variety of great equipment and good music that just makes the sessions super enjoyable. She explains how to use the different machines and explains the exercises she got my sister and I to do so that 1. we did it properly and 2. we knew the area it was targeting. She even gave us tips on nutrition which was super helpful! Overall, Jacqueline is so knowledgeable in the area of working out and everything surrounding that and it really shows.
