We offer a variety of programs because fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Online CoachingFully customized to your goals. You’ll work directly with a coach who designs a personalizedworkout and nutrition program tailored to you.

  • Guided Programs – Perfect if you enjoy quick 5–35 minute workouts. These include pre-recorded workouts, guided meditations, stretching, and yoga.

We also offer nutrition and wellness guidance to support your journey. If you’re unsure where to start, contact us or book a call—we’ll help you choose the best fit!

Q: Do you offer gym-based and home-based programs?

Yes! We provide both gym-based and home-based programs. Options range from no equipment, some equipment, or full gym access—choose what works best for you!

Q: How do the programs work?

Each program is designed by one of our expert coaches. Studio programs follow a structured plan, so you can choose one based on your goals and fitness level.

Q: Are the workouts customized to my goals?

Not all programs are customized. Our studio programs and challenges are pre-designed to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence. If you’re looking for a personalized plan, our 1-on-1 Online Training is the best option.

Q: Can I buy a program and start it whenever?

Yes! Once you purchase a fitness challenge, you can start right away. For personalized programs, you’ll receive a confirmation, and your trainer will begin working on your program. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready.

Q: What happens if I miss workouts?

Results come from consistency and effort—there’s no quick fix. If you miss a workout, you can make it up another day. If that’s not possible, just get back on track with your next session!

Q: I’m struggling with motivation. What should I do?

It’s completely normal for motivation to fluctuate! To stay on track:

  • Remember your WHY – Focus on why you started.

  • Anchor your goals – Set reminders, track progress, and celebrate small wins.

  • Stay accountable – If you need extra support, reach out! We’re here to help.

Consistency is key—just like with training! Nutrition fuels your body, providing energy and keeping you full. Rather than restricting yourself, focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods while minimizing highly processed options. If you’re looking for more tailored support, we recommend 1-on-1 coaching, where a coach will work closely with you to create a nutrition plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.

Head to the VIDA App section on our website and choose the program or package that works best for you. Once you've made your purchase, download our app and sign in to access your program.

Q: How do I upload progress photos?

Go to your personal profile in the app and upload your photo. You can also track your weight and measurements in this section to monitor your progress.

Q: How do I track my workouts (weight and reps)?

You can track your workouts by adjusting the weight or reps during each session. Once you complete a workout, your progress will automatically save in the app.

Q: I can't access my program. What should I do?
