Q: IS PERSONAL MY INFORMATION KEPT SAFE?
The information you provide to Jacqueline’s Athletic Company is private and is only accessible to the main trainer and owner Jacqueline. Your information such as your name, address, date of birth, height, weight, email, number or any other information you share with us is private. You also get to choose if you want us to use your photos on our site or social media. We will not use photos, or testimonials without your consent. Q: WHICH PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR ME?
We have so many programs to choose from because we know fitness isn't one size fits all. If you take a look at our packages, you will find a variety of programs we offer.
Studio programs are pre-made programs they are not personalized workout programs. They are challenging and a great choice if you are looking to get back on track, workout on your own time, try something new, or challenge yourself for 4,8 or 12 weeks.
Online Training (1-on-1) is custom to your goals and needs. You will work one on one with your coach and they will provide a custom workout program. This is a great choice if you want it custom to your goals but want to workout at your own schedule.
On demand program is a great option for anyone looking to stay healthy, and enjoys doing quick 5-35 min workouts. These workouts are live guided workouts from one of our trainers. We also have guided meditations, stretched and yoga available.
Keep in mind we also offer nutrition and wellness.

Q: IS THERE GYM AND HOME BASED PROGRAMS TO CHOOSE FROM?
Yes, we offer both gym based programs, and home based programs. Our programs can range from no equipment, some equipment, full gym equipment. Be sure to choose which program suits you best.
Q: HOW DO THE PROGRAMS WORK?
The programs are created by one of our coaches. That you can join with a set plan and workouts for you to follow. Each studio program will be a bit different and you can choose depending on your wants and needs.
Q: IF I BUY A PROGRAM, ARE THE WORKOUTS CUSTOM TO MY GOALS?
Please keep in mind all of our programs are NOT customized to the individual. They are workout challenges made by JAC. They will challenge you and you will feel amazing. However, please keep in mind they aren’t custom to your individual needs. Different challenges will have different levels of intensity.
Q: CAN I BUY A PROGRAM AND START IT WHENEVER ?
Once you sign up for a fitness challenge you can start right away. For personalized programs you will receive a confirmation and your trainer will get to work on your individualized program right away. You will receive a message when your program is ready.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS WORKOUTS?
It's important to keep in mind that the programs will only work if you do. There is no quick fix or fast results. You will have to put in the work to see results. If you miss a workout for unforeseen circumstances you can make up the workout on a different day. If that's not possible be sure to make it to the next one.
Q: I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY WORKOUTS IN, I DON’T FEEL MOTIVATED, HELP?
As exciting as it may be, sometimes motivation abandons us after a couple weeks or maybe even days. It's important to anchor your goals and find your why, this will keep you going. If you need extra assistance, contact us and we will do what we can to help you stay on track and help you reach your goals.
Q: WHY ARE THERE REPEATED WORKOUTS?
Repetition and consistency are both so important when it comes to working out. Following a program with the same movements and slowly increasing weight or reps allows you to increase strength and will get you the results you want.
Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I’M REALLY SORE AFTER MY WORKOUT?
When starting a new workout program soreness is normal but here are a couple things you can do to reduce the pain. Do some cardio, go for a walk or light jog. Do some yoga or stretch. Eat more protein. Drink lots of water or electrolytes.

Q: SHOULD I WORKOUT MORE THAN WHAT MY PROGRAM HAS PLANNED?
We recommend sticking to the program design, this will help you achieve the best results. If you find you want to challenge yourself more we encourage you to increase weights or intensity during your workout days. If you want to stay active on your off days, we recommend doing some extra cardio, going for a walk outdoors or a light yoga/stretch session.
Q: WILL NEW WORKOUTS AND PROGRAMS BE ADDED
Yes, of course! We are just getting started and are working on many new live workouts, programs and challenges that we can’t wait to share with you!

Q: IS THERE NUTRITION?
We have a variety of options, we have a recipe guide and a nutrition guide that will help you make the right choices when it comes to eating.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T STICK TO MY NUTRITION
Just like training, you must be consistent when it comes to your nutrition. Food is fuel and it is so important to feed your body the right foods that will give you energy and keep you full. It’s important not to try to restrict yourself from everything but sticking to whole foods and staying away from highly processed food will help you reach your goals. It may take some getting used to but it will be so worth it in the end.
Q: WHAT IF I WANT MORE NUTRITION GUIDANCE?
For more guidance on nutrition we recommend 1-on-1 coaching where you will be working closely with a coach that can accommodate you.

Q: HOW CAN I JOIN MEDITATION AND YOGA?
Sign up for our on-demand workouts and you will have access to live meditation and yoga sessions.
Q: I HAVE NEVER MEDITATED BEFORE, CAN I JOIN?
Yes, most definitely! Meditation is for everyone and it is such an important part of wellness. To help calm and focus the mind. Meditation can be practiced by anyone, it is a technique used to help you better understand yourself and the world around you.
Q: I AM NOT VERY FLEXIBLE, CAN I STILL JOIN YOGA?
Yes! We would love to have you join our yoga sessions. Yoga comes without judgement, all you need to do is show up and do what you can. What matters is you are joining to better yourself and be in the present moment. Yoga will help you gain strength and flexibility.

Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Head to our VIDA app section on our website and choose wich program/package works best for you. Once you’ve made a purchase download our app and sign in to access your program.
Q: HOW DO I UPLOAD PROGRESS PHOTOS?
Go to your personal profile and add a photo, you can also track your weight and measurements in this section as well.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY WORKOUT (WEIGHT AND REPS)
You can track your workouts by changing the weight or reps during each workout session. Once your workout is completed your progress will save.
